SHIPPING

Items are usually shipped within 2-5 business days via USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available upon request. Please email hello@lawrentaylor.com prior to placing your order for a specific shipping request. 

Lawren Taylor is not responsible for lost packages. We will provide a tracking number to you as soon as the order ships, but once it leaves our studio we are not responsible for the package in transit. 

ADJUSTMENTS TO PIECES

Please visit the SPECIAL REQUESTS section of our website to make any changes to pieces in our shop PRIOR to completing your purchase. Should you need adjustments after checking out, please review the SPECIAL REQUESTS section and email us at hello@lawrentaylor.com. 

RETURNS

All purchases are FINAL sale. Should you have any issues or concerns with your purchase, please contact us at hello@lawrentaylor.com WITHIN 3 days of receiving your pieces. Please double-check measurements of pieces to ensure the perfect fit PRIOR to purchasing. If approved, all shipping will be at the expense of the purchaser. A small fee may be applicable to adjust any piece. 

CARE + REPAIRS

•necklaces: Perfumes, chemicals, lotions/oils, and water exposure can and will cause metals and dyed stones (opals and gemstones) to change or tarnish. Due to the delicacy of handmade necklaces, please handle each piece with care. These are handmade pieces that you are purchasing and are very delicate. The beads on the necklaces MAY move along the wire, causing wire to be visible in certain areas. Due to the nature of some beads, there will be some movement of beads on the wire allowing it to lay correctly around the neck.  Should your necklace require repair, we will be happy to repair it for you (if supplies are available). You may be charged a small repair fee (TBD), along with return shipping. Please email hello@lawrentaylor.com prior to returning your piece(s) for repair. 

earrings:  Due to the delicacy of handmade earrings, please handle each piece with care. Perfumes and lotions can and will cause metals to change or tarnish. Earrings should be stored as an individual pair, not with other earrings or jewelry pieces. Again, these are handmade pieces that you are purchasing and are very delicate. Should your earrings require repair, we will be happy to repair them for you (if supplies are available). You may be charged a small repair fee (TBD), along with return shipping. Please email hello@lawrentaylor.com prior to returning your piece(s) for repair. 

•bracelets: [wood] Wood beaded items are NOT waterproof. Please avoid exposing these pieces to water, as they will dull the color and remove the wax coating. [sea glass] Due to the natural elements of African sea glass, all of our glass beads may have imperfections.  Bitty stacks are waterproof due to its components being recycled glass and polymer clay. Should you have any issues with your bracelets, we will be happy to repair/restring them for you (if supplies are available). You may be charged a small repair/restring fee (TBD), along with return shipping. Please email hello@lawrentaylor.com prior to returning your piece(s) for repair. The size of our beads require our bracelets to average 6.75-7.25 inches. 

VARIATIONS

Our beads and stones tend to vary. Stones and glass beads may include particles of natural elements due to the way they are made. Opals and gemstone beads vary with each string and may include small imperfections. These natural stones are dyed to create their colors. Please know that all pieces may vary slightly from product images and stones may vary within all of our pieces. Should you have questions about a specific piece you'd like to purchase, please email us at hello@lawrentaylor.com prior to purchasing.
